41 under privileged children from Government Primary School Manbanda in kumba 3 Sub-Division , South West Region of Cameroon ( Central Africa ) were lucky to have been selected to received didactic materials donated to them to facilitate their school work. The items donated included school uniforms, exercise books, pens, pencils and rulers. These were handed over on the 20th December 2013, under the auspices of the Inspector of kumba 3 Ekale Wilson Eseme. Donating the gift to the underprivileged, the National Coordinator of the Mule-Ndeme Charity Association Rev. Elangwe Eugene acknowledged he was happy to partake in such an event. He said he was asked by the Founder of the Association, Mboh Charles Dinyangi based in Britain to effect such a gesture in a bid to change the gloomy lives of the underprivileged.
Prior to the donations he said they had to penetrate every nooks and crannies of the municipality to select the children, following guides from the chief and the head master. He further high-lighted that the purpose of them carrying out such a gesture is to empower society through education in a bid to reach out to the needy. He added that the project is in line to meet the objectives of the father of the Founding President, Mboh David Ndeme, who was a season educationist with a penchant for endless investment in education since he was convinced it was the surest means to prosperity. He said after the demise of the seasoned educationist who taught in several schools.
Accepting the gesture on behalf of the the children, Boniface Nana, headmaster of the school thanked the donor for creating such an impact in the lives of children in times like this when things have become so hard. He said on a daily basis he would personally check that the materials are intact. The parents of the children also thanked the charity for such a humanitarian gesture.
